Involute gear cutter M0.9 NR5 HSS is a high-performance tool designed for cutting external serrations in gears with an involute outline. Made of HSS high-speed steel, it provides high wear resistance and reliable operation in the production of precision gears.
This model is the fifth item in the set of NFMa-compliant modular cutters and is dedicated to milling serrations with a medium number of teeth. Thanks to its 20-degree buttress angle and staggered blades, the cutter allows for very good surface quality and high geometric accuracy. It is ideal for applications requiring repeatability and precision.
