M30x1 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM30x1 fine-coil HSS - Modern, high-performance taps designed for cutting metric, fine-coil threads, type M 30x1, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. It is suitable for manual threading of through-holes and blind holes, using a special knob. Threading is carried out in two stages, in two passes. The total allowance of the material to be cut is divided between the two threaders respectively. The offered tools are sold in a set of two: a proper tapping tool with an 8P thread and a tapping tool with a 2P thread. Their greatest advantage is that they are manufactured from modern tool steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a specialized tool steel that allows threading in very difficult conditions. Thanks to its advantages, M30x1 hand threaders are extremely resistant to blade damage when cutting hard materials, are characterized by very high machining efficiency and at the same time very high threading accuracy. The tolerance class is ISO2 (6H). M30x1 fine thread hand taps are suitable for machining materials of the category P1.2 - P1.3. These include metals, carbon non-alloy steels, non-ferrous metals, their alloys, as well as plastics. The quality of the taps is in accordance with ISO 529.
