Description
High-quality professional long threader M3,5 machine NGMf for nuts with through shank of general purpose for cutting ordinary metric threads type NGMf, M - 3,5 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees. It is suitable for threading nuts in materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, metal alloys (bronze, brass), copper, aluminum, zinc, non-ferrous metals, magnesium alloys and thermoplastics. The tapping tool has a 12P nut, and the tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The tapping tool is characterized by high resistance to severe cutting conditions, and thus its blade is resistant to possible breakage, cracking, chipping and dulling. An additional feature of the tapping machine is the ability to achieve high machining efficiency. As a result, machining time is significantly reduced and personnel costs for machine tool operation are reduced. Another advantage of the tapping tool is also the possibility of obtaining high precision of cut threads. The tool complies with the standard marked DIN 357.
