High dimensional repeatability and surface smoothness are ensured by the M3.5x0.35 Hand Tapping Set, in which the cutting geometry and force distribution are balanced, which guarantees full control over the threading process even in micro sizes.
Technical parameters: nominal diameter of three and a half millimeters; pitch of 0.35 millimeters; profile of sixty degrees according to ISO 68-1; hole tolerance of 6H according to ISO 965; right-hand direction. Two-member version according to DIN 2181/2 - insertion threader (I) and finishing threader (II) - distributes torsional torque and maintains alignment. Made of HSS high-speed steel in a ground version for long life, resistance to micro-crushing and edge stability. Recommended drill bit: 3.15 mm; use of active oil improves surface quality and extends blade life.
