M30x1.5 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM30x1.5 fine-coil HSS - professional hand taps for making metric fine-coil threads, type M 30x1.5, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Threads can be made in through-holes and blind holes. They are designed for both amateur and professional machining of a wide range of materials included in the category marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. In our store they are sold in a 2-piece set, which includes a thread cutter of 8P and a finishing thread cutter of 2P.
Complete thread cutting is carried out in two successive passes. The offered M30x1.5 fine-coil manual threaders are produced from modern tool steel HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a high-class material affecting a significant increase in machining efficiency and at the same time increasing the accuracy of threading. The advantage of the HSS steel used in the production of threading dies, is also high resistance to possible damage during cutting hard and difficult-to-machine materials (fractures, cracks). M30x1,5 hand taps are suitable for machining metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals and their alloys, as well as other hard raw materials. Made according to ISO 529 standard.
