The offered M3 manual thread cut ters are designed for cutting M3, ISO DIN-13 metric threads with an angle of 60 degrees.
They are made of high-grade HSS HSSE steel The HSSE steel in question increases the efficiency of thread cutting and also affects the higher precision of threading. Thanks to this, the threaders are suitable for machining heat-resistant and acid-resistant steels, alloy and carbon steels, cast iron, cast steel, metal sinters and other hard raw materials. The tools are made according to the standard specified by the symbol DIN 352, and the set includes 3 threaders for making holes in 3 consecutive working steps: preliminary with an 8P nut, proper with a 4P nut and finishing with a 2P nut. The tolerance of the nut is ISO2 (6H). They are dedicated to private customers for amateur thread cutting, as well as professional plants specializing in small batch production.
