Hand tapsM30 x3,5 HSS. A set of three professional sharpened taps for making standard metric threads with an angle of 60 degrees, M30, ISO DIN-13. They are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. The set includes M30 hand threaders with different threads, which are used sequentially in three working steps: threader No. 1 (pre-threader with 8P thread), threader No. 2 (ripper with 4P thread) and threader No. 3 (finisher with 2P thread). The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO-2(6H). The tools are made in accordance with ISO 529 from special HSS tool steel.
This is a modern tool steel, which significantly improves the cutting parameters. Thanks to its properties it is possible to machine unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics (cat. P1.2 - P1.3). Another advantage of taps made of high-speed steel is their high resistance to blade damage during cutting, as well as high precision and productivity.
