Morse 16 taper burr. High quality burr, made to the highest standards, from special HSS-E high speed steel. It is a cobalt steel (5% cobalt) with increased strength and greater hardness. NFPc 16 taper Morse shank milling cutters made of HSS-E are much more durable and resistant to harsh cutting conditions than milling cutters made of conventional tool steel. Their definite advantage is the ability to machine hard-to-machine materials, even under severe conditions. High-performance, high-speed machining is possible, without fear of damaging the tool blade. In addition, the cutters are characterized by greater edge stability and toughness. They have a Morse taper shank, a 30-degree spiral angle of the blade and a well-balanced shank affecting less notching of the machined surface.
