Drill 4,2 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. Professional cylindrical, twist drill according to the dimensional standard , DIN 338 with a section of 4.2 mm. Designed for drilling in hard and hard-to-machine materials. It has 2 central blades and strong ground cutting edges. Special grooves are used for fast chip removal up the drilled hole. The drill bit is manufactured from special high-grade HSS-E high-speed steel. This is a modern tool steel, an important component of which is cobalt - about 5%. It affects the greater hardness and durability of the drill, as well as the ability to work in harsh conditions. Cobalt drill blades are resistant to mechanical damage (fracture, chipping, dulling), which allows a very long period of tool use. They are suitable for machining alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel and also cast steel, cast iron. The drill's high heat resistance (up to 670 degrees C) allows drilling at very high speeds. Drill the 4.2mm cobalt is recommended for various types of machine tools, including conventional drills, milling machines, lathes and CNC machine tools.
