Long drill bit for metal fi3,3 is designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes with a diameter of 3,3 mm in very hard and hard-to-machine materials. It has specific geometric features that affect more aggressive drilling and achieve greater resistance to impact and lateral forces. Such capabilities are mainly influenced by the drill bits' strong ground cutting edges, 118-degree tip angle, special spiral chip grooves and 2 central blades. The long drills we offer for metalufi 3,3 are produced from modern HSS (High Speed Steel) in accordance with , DIN 340. Thanks to HSS, the drills enable high-performance drilling at high speed. Even under the influence of very high temperatures generated during such drilling, the drill blades remain resistant to mechanical damage (breaking, chipping, blunting, breaking out). In addition, cylindrical drills of this class allow drilling very accurately, and the holes made are axial along the entire length. They are designed for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
