Long drillbit for metal fi 3 extended with a section of 3 mm is designed for professional processing of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. It has 2 central blades, ground cutting edges, special chip grooves and a tip angle of 118 degrees. Thanks to these features of the drill bits, it is possible to quickly remove chips from the drilled hole, achieve resistance to impact and lateral forces, as well as the ability to effectively drill in almost any material.
Offered by us long metal drills 3 cylindrical drills are produced from modern high-speed cobalt steel HSSE (High Speed Steel Cobalt) in accordance with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. Drills are characterized by high machining efficiency and very high cutting precision. They allow drilling at high speeds, at high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The holes made are axial along the entire length. The blades of the drill bits are very durable and resistant to any mechanical damage (cracking, chipping, breaking, blunting). The service life of these drills is much longer than that of drills made of conventional tool steel.
