Professional long drill bit for metal 17 NWKy, with Morse taper shank designed for drilling very deep holes. This is a twist drill with the following dimensions: nominal diameter 17 mm, total length 310 mm, length of the working part - 220 mm. Long drills for metal 17 NWKy offered in our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. They were made by grinding and milling method, according to the dimensional standard DIN 341 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). HSS drills are very hard and durable, as well as resistant to abrasive wear. The properties of HSS affect the ability to drill holes in very hard hard-to-machine materials such as unalloyed, alloyed, structural, automatic, cast steel, gray cast iron, metals, non-ferrous metals, copper and aluminum alloys, as well as silver alloys, gray bronze and plastics. HSS drills can withstand harsh cutting conditions and resist potential mechanical damage.
