High quality long drill bit for metal 12,0 with smooth cylindrical shank with a diameter of 12 mm. It is suitable for professional processing of very hard materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These are carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, sheet metals, copper and aluminum alloys giving short chips, as well as thermoplastic plastics. Long drills for metal 12.0 of this type are made according to the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. They have 2 central blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees, strong cutting edges insensitive to impact and lateral forces, as well as spiral grooves responsible for rapid removal of chips up the drilled hole. These specific geometric features of the drills increase cutting performance. The cylindrical drills in our offer are produced by grinding method entirely from special HSS high-speed steel. Its properties affect the increased efficiency and precision of machining. The holes made are axial along the entire length and with low roughness. The drills are suitable for professional drilling work in large locksmith shops.
