Long drill bit for metal 11,2

High-quality long drill bit for metal 11,2 cylindrical extended, with a section of 11,2 mm, designed for processing very hard materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, sheet metal, copper alloys, aluminum alloys giving short chips, non-ferrous metals and also thermoplastics. The long drills for metal 11.2 cylindrical offered by us are produced according to the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340 from special HSS high-speed steel. This is the steel used for the production of modern high-performance and high-precision tools. Thanks to it, the drills can withstand very harsh working conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) created when drilling at high speed. The drill blades are insensitive to mechanical damage, which reduces the frequency of replacing tools with new ones and thus reduces overall labor costs. Recommended for professional machining using CNC machine tools as well as conventional drills, lathes and milling machines.
