Designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in very hard materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals, plastics). Long drills for metal 10.3 are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel), and its properties directly affect the high quality of drilling. First of all, high-speed steel makes the drills resistant to harsh drilling conditions, including even very high temperatures created during high-speed drilling. As a result, machining efficiency is increased and overall labor costs are reduced. In addition, the drills are resistant to mechanical damage and can be used for a very long time. Their strong ground cutting edges are insensitive to impact and lateral forces, and special chip grooves are used to quickly remove chips from the drilled hole. The drills are suitable for conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
