Professional metal drill 9.8 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, NWKc, in accordance with DIN 345, designed for drilling holes with a diameter of 9.8 mm in hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. This is a Morse taper drill bit made entirely of high-alloy HSS. It has special spiral grooves that affect faster chip removal from the drilled hole, as well as strong cutting edges resistant to lateral forces. Drill 9.8 HSS is recommended for machining parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, aluminum, copper, metal alloys and other hard materials. Even under severe cutting conditions, the drill retains its high technical parameters. It is insensitive to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) and also resistant to fractures, cracks, chipping and other mechanical damage to the blade. It is dedicated not only to individual customers, but especially to large industrial plants - for multi-batch processing.
