Long metal drill fi 4,2 for stainless steel
Professional long drill bit for metal fi 4,2 with smooth cylindrical shank, designed for drilling cylindrical through-holes and blind holes. It has strong ground cutting edges, special chip grooves, a tip angle of 118 degrees and 2 central blades. Thanks to this design of the drill bits, they are insensitive to impact and lateral forces, enabling efficient drilling and also allowing chips to be quickly discharged up the drilled hole. The long drills for metal fi 4,2 cylindrical offered by us are made in accordance with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340 from special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the drills allow high-performance and very accurate drilling. The drill blades are hard and durable. They are characterized by increased resistance to harsh cutting conditions, including even the high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. The drills are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, alloyed metals, aluminum, copper and plastics. Recommended for conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools.
