Drill 31 mm on Morse taper with a fin
Metal drill 31 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, made according to the standards of NWKc, DIN 345. It is a drill produced from special HSS (High Speed Steel) by rolling method. The drill has special grooves for draining chips from the drilled hole, strong ground cutting edges, two central blades. These specific geometrical features of the drill bits, combined with the properties of HSS high-speed steel, contribute to better cutting results. Drill bits for metal 31 allow high-performance machining (at high speed), while being very accurate. The holes produced are distinguished by low roughness and are axial along their entire length. Their blades are very hard and resistant to abrasion when exposed to high temperatures - even 600 degrees C. The offered drills are suitable for machining carbon steels, metals, brass, bronze, aluminum, copper and heat-hardened plastics. They are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
