Drill 1,5 mm HSS. Professional twist drill, cylindrical, with a cutting edge cross-section ø 1,5 mm, made according to the dimensional standard , DIN 338. It was produced from special HSS high-speed steel. Its unique cutting properties allow precise drilling in very hard materials such as metals, tool steels, carbon steels, non-ferrous metals, bronze, brass and thermoplastics. The drills allow high-performance and very precise drilling (holes with low roughness). They have 2 central blades with ground edges, which increase the cutting capabilities of the tools. They are highly resistant to harsh working conditions and are rarely subject to mechanical damage such as blade breakage, cracking, blunting, chipping. These advantages absolutely extend their service life and at the same time reduce the overall cost of machining. The drills we offer are made of conventional tool steel. Drill 1.5 mm is suitable for various types of machine tools, including lathes, milling machines and drills.
