Drill 11,7 mm HSS. Modern drill bit with cylindrical smooth shank according to DIN 338 standards. Designed for making through-holes and blind holes in parts made of unalloyed steel, metal, tool steel, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. Drill the 11.7mm is uniform, meaning it is made entirely of high-alloy HSS. The properties of this steel increase the accuracy and efficiency of drilling. In addition, they are more resistant to harsh working conditions, even in loose temperatures up to 600 degrees C. They are also characterized by increased resistance to variable working conditions, including so-called thermal shock. They are resistant to fractures, cracks other mechanical damage. The drills are designed for machine drilling using professional CNC computer-controlled machine tools as well as conventional drilling machines, lathes and milling machines.
