Professional NHDa M7x0,5 round thread cutter made of high-grade HSS 800 steel according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Designed for cutting fine threads with a nominal diameter of M7x0,5. Die offered in our store are produced by the Polish company FANAR. HSS 800 steel, from which our die are made, is characterized by increased strength to heavy cutting conditions, as well as the possibility of machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials with toughness up to 800 MPa. They can also be used for threading parts made of unalloyed steels, structural steels, automatic steels, metals, plastics, metal alloys. The most important feature of the offered dies is their high resistance to any mechanical damage, and thus the possibility of long-term use. Extended service life allows to reduce the cost of machining.
