Professional turning tool NNBe, dimensions 32x32 recommended for machining materials of class P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys). It is a lateral, offset knife, conforming to the ISO 6 dimensional standard, and is designed for high-performance longitudinal and transverse turning. NNBe turning knives offered to you in our store are manufactured entirely from modern high-alloy SW7 high-speed steel. This is a tungsten-molybdenum steel, the advantages of which are high hardness, durability, wear resistance, impact strength and toughness. In addition, it should be added that SW7 steel is distinguished by its very good cutting properties, which makes it possible to carry out machining of even hard-to-machine materials in harsh conditions. It allows cutting at high speeds, even at high temperatures - up to 600 degrees. Lathe knives made of SW7 steel are recommended for conventional lathes and milling machines, as well as modern computer numerical control machine tools.
