NHDa type of dies, compliance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, tolerance class of the threads made - 6g. Complete notching of the thread takes place already in the first pass of the dies, 1.75P nut. We offer you M39x1,5 fine-coil high quality dies, made of modern high-alloy HSS. This is a unique tool steel characterized by enhanced cutting properties. First of all, the dies produced from it are very resistant to severe cutting conditions and resistant to abrasion under high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The blades of the dies are resistant to chipping chipping, breaking, cracking, fracturing and dulling. This guarantees increased tool life and extended service life. The dies are designed for threading hard materials, classified as class P1.2 - P1.3.
