M39x1.5 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM39x1,5 fine-coil HSS - a high-end set of professional hand taps for cutting threads in through-holes and blind holes. The offered threaders are designed for metric, fine-coil threads, type M 39x1,5, ISO DIN 13, with an angle of 60 degrees. The threading process is carried out in two stages using both threaders from the set. These are a right tapping threader with an 8P cut and a finishing threader with a 2P cut. The total allowance of the material cut during threading is divided between the two tools. The M39x1.5 fine-coil hand t aps in question are manufactured in accordance with ISO 529 from a special high-grade HSS (High Speed Steel). Its properties significantly increase the cutting capabilities of hard and hard-to-machine materials. Above all, M39x1.5 hand taps made of HSS allow to increase the cutting capacity and increase the precision of the threads made. Their tolerance field is ISO2 6H. The blades of the offered threaders are resistant to a variety of mechanical damage caused during heavy-duty work, so the tools can be used much longer than conventional steel threaders. The offered tools are suitable for machining workpieces made of materials of the P1.2-P1.3 class, including, among others, ordinary steels, carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), metal alloys (bronze, brass) and hard plastics.
