A modern 50 x1,2 mounted disc ball mill made in accordance with the dimensional standard PN-75/M-67474 from high-alloy HSS. It is a high-alloy tool steel distinguished by high hardness, impact strength, ductility, and wear resistance. Its advantage also lies in its increased strength to withstand harsh working conditions. Hence its use in the manufacture of cutting tools is fully justified. Saw milling cutters 50 slip-on disc cutters made of this steel are very hard and resistant to potential mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, splits, chipping and breakage. These features make them suitable for milling work requiring above-average cutting properties of the tools. The cutters are dedicated to both small locksmith workshops and large industrial plants. They are recommended for machining workpieces made of materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
