Ball nose milling cutter for metal 40 x1,6 NFTe HSS
A modern 40 x1,6 mounted disc (ball) cutter, type NFTe with a working diameter of 40 mm and a width of 1,6 mm. The cutter has a cylindrical bore shank, 64 teeth. It is suitable for milling narrow grooves, recesses and grooves, as well as for cutting profiles and cutting through pipes. The disc cutters in our store are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel with very high toughness and impact strength. It is characterized by increased strength and high cutting properties. These are advantages that contribute to a more comfortable working environment, as well as greater convenience. The milling cutters are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3. These include alloyed and unalloyed steels, gray cast iron, cast steel, metals, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as thermoset plastics.
