High-performance 40 x0,8 mounted disc ball mill, type NFTe with a working diameter of 40 mm and width of 0,8 mm. This is a ball mill designed for professional profile cutting, pipe cutting, narrow groove milling and recess cutting. The cutters in our store are produced with the most demanding customers in mind. They are made of modern high-grade HSS (High Speed Steel), distinguished by its high resistance to very high temperatures generated during high-speed machining, as well as to other severe cutting conditions. In addition, 40 ball milling cutters are resistant to abrasion, fracture, cracking, chipping and other mechanical damage to the blades. This allows for increased machining quality, improved working comfort and reduced overall cutting costs. The cutters are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, alloyed steels, metals and non-ferrous metals, gray cast iron, brass and bronze.
