HSS saw blade cutter 40x1 NFTe for metal
High-quality 40 x1 close-fit disc milling cutter, called ball milling cutter, type NFTe, with the following technical parameters: width 1 mm, diameter 40 mm, 32 teeth. The cutter is designed for professional cutting of profiles, cutting of pipes and parts made of solid materials, milling of narrow grooves, notches and grooves. Offered by us, the ball milling cutters are made entirely of high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel), whose high technical parameters result in better cutting quality and greater comfort of work. The 40 HSS ball m illing cutters are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures reaching up to 600 degrees C and also resistant to abrasive wear. The cutter blades are resistant to cracks, chipping, breakage and other mechanical damage. The cutters are suitable for cutting hard and hard-to-machine carbon steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. They can be used o conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
