Ball nose milling cutter for metal 160 x1,6 NFTe HSS
High-quality 160 x1,6 NFTe mounted disc cutter with a working diameter of 160 mm and a width of 1,6 mm. The cutter has 80 teeth and is dedicated even to the most demanding customers. NFTe cutters are recommended for milling narrow grooves and face cuts, for making grooves and recesses, as well as for cutting profiles and cutting through pipes. The 160-slotted disc milling cutters offered in our store are used for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 - P1.3. class These are hard alloyed and unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, heat-hardening plastic compounds, epoxy resins and others. The disc cutters are manufactured from modern high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a unique tool steel characterized by increased strength to withstand harsh cutting conditions, as well as increased resistance to any mechanical damage to the blades caused by milling in harsh conditions.
