High-quality NWRc nut driver for ordinary drilling with a diameter of 2 mm. This type of nuts are useful for initial guidance of the drill bit and prevention of drill runout at the initial stage of the drilling process. Ordinary drilling caps offered in our store are suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials. They are equipped with special spiral grooves, the purpose of which is to instantly drain the excess material being cut, as well as two strong cutting blades. The drill bits are manufactured in accordance with DIN 333 A from modern high-speed steel with the addition of 5% cobalt - HSS-E. Thanks to this steel, they are characterized by increased machining efficiency and higher heat resistance (up to 670 degrees C). They are designed for machining very hard materials, including alloy steels, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, acid- and heat-resistant steels, cast steel, ductile iron and gray iron. The big advantage of HSS-E steel drills is the reliability of machining and resistance to any mechanical damage.
