Carbide insert TNGN 160412 milling, multi-sharpened H20 manufactured by the Polish company Baildonit. It is characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also greater resistance to potential mechanical damage. Carbide insert is suitable for high-performance machining at increased speeds, even at high temperatures reaching up to 700 degrees C. It has the following dimensions: side length l - 16.5 mm, insert thickness s - 4.76 mm, corner radius re - 1.2 mm. It is made of high quality H20 cemented carbide. It is a grade designed for medium-precision and coarse machining of cast irons at moderate cutting speeds and medium to high feeds in adverse and difficult machining conditions. The multicutters in our offer are designed for professional machining of parts made of copper alloys, light alloys, heat-resistant, heat-resistant materials and plastics.
