It is characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also greater resistance to potential mechanical damage. Carbide insert is suitable for high-performance machining at increased speeds, even at high temperatures reaching up to 700 degrees C. It has the following dimensions: side length l - 16.5 mm, insert thickness s - 4.76 mm, corner radius re - 1.2 mm. It is made of high quality H20 cemented carbide. It is a grade designed for medium-precision and coarse machining of cast irons at moderate cutting speeds and medium to high feeds in adverse and difficult machining conditions.
