High-qualityfolding turning knife S20 CSKPL 09 -Fixing SYSTEM "C" - positive or negative geometry of the knives.
Interchangeable inserts one-sided (angle of application of the insert equal to 11°) or two-sided (angle of application of the insert equal to 0°), square and triangular, with a flat contact surface, fixed on the contact surface with a screw head that presses the insert through a chipbreaker made of carbide laid on it. S20 CSKPL-09 knives with inserts clamped in the "C" system are used for roughing (negative geometry) and finishing (positive geometry) of external surfaces and holes (positive geometry).
The "C" system is characterized by easy insert change and good repeatability of the blade position. The superimposed chipbreaker makes clamping more difficult, but offers the possibility to adjust the position of the chipbreaker edge.
