Grade PH6125 designed for machining steel and stainless steel. Modern RDHW 1204 round milling insert, multi-cutting RDHW round milling insert, R shape, type RDHW 1204 MO CP PH6125 made in accordance with the highest standards by the well-known Portuguese company Palbit. Carbide insert is dedicated to high-performance machining, at increased speeds. Carbide insert has the following dimensions: side length 12.00 mm, insert thickness 4.76 mm. It is made of carbide grade PH6125. It is suitable for machining requiring increased resistance to abrasive wear and also increased resistance to any mechanical damage. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store can be used in harsh conditions, even at high temperatures reaching 700 - 1000 degrees C. Their strength is comparable to the technical parameters of diamond. They can be used for machining hard and hard-to-machine steels. They are suitable for conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
