Carbide insert is distinguished by its increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions, including the high temperature generated when cutting at high speeds - 700 - 1000 degrees C. Carbide insert is recommended for professional machining on conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools. It is manufactured to the highest standards, from a special grade of tungsten carbide 1040, a type of carbide distinguished by above-average resistance to fatigue dynamic loading, as well as to glass abrasive wear. Carbide 3040 multi-cutting inserts are suitable for machining parts made of unalloyed and alloyed steels, stainless steel, as well as hardened materials.
