H6018 grade designed for machining steel and stainless steel.

Modern RCMT 0803 MO round, turning, multi-sharpness, circular insert, designed for high-performance machining requiring above-average technical properties of tools. Carbide insert is manufactured by the world-renowned Korean company Hornt. We offer multi-cutting inserts made of a special grade of sintered carbide H6018, whose technical parameters are comparable to those of diamond.

Our inserts are recommended for professional machining, even at increased speeds, during which high temperatures are generated, reaching even 700 - 1000 degrees C. In addition, multi-cutting inserts are very hard and resistant to abrasive wear. They are suitable for machining parts made of steel and stainless steel. They have the following dimensions: side length 8 mm, insert thickness 3.18 mm.
