Modern R300 1240M milling insert, multi-shaped R shape, designed for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. This is a multi-cutting insert type R300-1240MPM manufactured by the Swedish company Sanvik. It is a circular insert with the following dimensions: side length 12 mm, thickness 4 mm. It is suitable for machining in heavy cutting conditions, including the high temperature created when cutting at high speeds. The blades of the insert are resistant to temperatures as high as 700 - 1000 degrees C. The multi-cutting inserts in our store are made of sintered carbide grade 1030, a grade with exceptional resistance to heavy cutting conditions, resistant to potential damage, making the inserts very hard and durable, as well as resistant to abrasive wear.
