VHMmilling cutter 9 mm D-9 Z-3 cylindrical face full carbide, with TiAIN coating, fine-grain universal carbide, with smooth cylindrical shank DIN6535 HA.
The 9 VHM, face-roller burr, size D-9, Z-3 is made of VHM 48 HRC fine-grain carbide. It is a fork cutter with exceptional cutting properties designed for high-performance machining of hard alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel and surface-hardened materials. The fork burrs we offer are suitable for professional high-performance machining. They are characterized by better technical parameters, including higher resistance to heavy cutting conditions, higher wear resistance, chemical resistance and high resistance to abrasive wear. The cutters are recommended for profiling, line machining, groove and channel cutting. They are suitable for various types of machine tools with higher rigidity (with low radial runout) as well as for conventional machine tools.
