Carbide cutter 3 VHM, D-3, Z-4 diameter, face cylindrical with reinforced shank, made of a special grade of VHM 45 HRC carbide. It is suitable for machining alloy steels, stainless steel acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron and other surface-hardened materials. The advantage of using special carbide is the ability to cut hard materials at high speed, even at high temperature. VHM carbide 3 cutters are recommended for professional line machining, profiling, copying, making channels and grooves. Their advantage is the increased resistance to harsh cutting conditions, including, in particular, the high temperature generated in the process of cutting at high speed. The cutters are suitable for machine tools with higher rigidity (with low runout) as well as for conventional machine tools.
