VHMmilling cutter 4 mm diameter D-4 Z-2 cylindrical face full carbide, with TiAIN coating, fine-grained universal carbide, with smooth cylindrical shank DIN6535 HA.
High-quality carbide 4 VHM, D-4, Z-2 size for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. It is a TiAIN-coated burr with a smooth DIN6535 HA cylindrical shank. A special fine-grained universal carbide was used for production. This is the hardest material for cutting tools, with better properties than high-speed steel. Carbide milling cutters are characterized by high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, high hardness and the possibility of failure-free machining even in very difficult conditions. Carbide cutters 4 are also characterized by high chemical resistance and higher impact strength. These advantages contribute to a longer service life of the cutters and greater working comfort. Recommended for conventional machine tools and modern machine tools with higher rigidity (low radial runout).
