VHMmilling cutter 18 mm diameter D -1 Z-2 cylindrical full carbide, with TiAIN coating, fine-grained universal carbide, with smooth cylindrical shank DIN6535 HA.

Carbide 18 VHM solidcarbide cutter with a diameter of D-18, Z-2. It is a burr designed for professional copying, profiling, making channels and grooves, as well as for drilling machining. The cutter is made of fine-grained TiAIN-coated carbide, with a smooth DIN6535 HA cylindrical shank. The milling cutter has the advantage of high machining efficiency and the possibility of high cutting accuracy. The use of a special type of sintered carbide with increased wear resistance prolongs the service life of the cutters and causes greater working comfort. Carbide cutters 18 are characterized by high wear resistance, even at high temperature, good chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction and good adhesion to the substrate. They are recommended for professional machining carried out on various types of conventional machine tools and on modern machine tools with high rigidity.
