Carbide 16 carbide cutter for aluminum VHM, arbor. This is a forked, cylindrical face solid carbide cutter with a smooth cylindrical shank DIN6535 HA. The cutter is made of universal fine-grain carbide. Such a tool design increases the efficiency of machining and affects the possibility of obtaining a very good surface quality. The offered carbide milling cutters 16 VHM shank are recommended for professional copying, profiling, making channels and grooves, as well as for drilling. The sintered carbide used in the production of the milling cutters in question results in higher hardness of the tools, higher resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as low friction coefficient. The cutters are suitable for conventional machine tools and modern machine tools with low radial runout not exceeding 0.01 mm.
