Modern 1-14 UNS machine tapping machine conforms to DIN 374, and is suitable for machine cutting of American unified fine threads of UNS type. The diameter of the threads is 1 inch, 14 coils per inch. The tolerance class of the made threads is medium fine - 2B, the thread outline is triangular. The unified machine threaders in question are made of modern HSSE high-speed steel.

This unique tool steel is characterized by high cutting properties, which is noticeable with high cutting quality. Above all, the 3/8-24 UNF machine threaders in question reduce labor and tooling costs. In addition, the threaders are characterized by greater durability, longer service life and higher unit productivity. Designed for cutting materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class - metals, unalloyed steels, metal alloys, plastics.
