UNS 5/16-48 fine-coil American annealer
UNS 5/16-48 unified American burnisher for cutting external threads. Circular unified threading machine, for cutting 5/16-48 unified fine-coil inch threads with an angle of 60 degrees. These types of threads are used for all kinds of mechanical connections of equipment and fittings. They are cut most often on pipes and elements for their connections. Our offered chisels are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN-EN 22 568 from special high-grade HSS. This is a unique tool steel characterized by much higher mechanical properties.
Above all, HSS dies make it possible to thread very hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 - P1.3 class (metals, unalloyed steels, structural steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys) as well as materials with toughness up to 800 MPa. The dies in our offer are characterized by increased resistance to difficult cutting conditions, including high temperatures arising during high-speed threading. They are mainly designed for professional machining in large locksmith workshops.
