Turning tool S08 SCKCR CCMT 0602rr Varel

Turning tool S08K SCKCR 06 Varel is a precision lathe boring bar for internal machining with CCMT 0602... insert, designed to work at a 75° stop angle. A right-hand variant, it is designed for stable cutting in tight spaces of holes with diameters from 8 mm upwards.

The tool's 8 mm diameter shank (type S08K) provides better rigidity than its smaller S07K counterpart, allowing higher performance without sacrificing accuracy. The SCKCR clamping system allows efficient chip evacuation and safe insert guidance with minimal vibration.

Increased structural rigidity - 8 mm diameter allows stable hole turning with precision and surface quality.
Efficient hole machining - SCKCR geometry and 75° angle ensure smooth tool entry and optimal rake angle for internal turning.
Compatible with CCMT 0602 inserts - quick change, wide availability and excellent surface quality when machining steel and cast iron.
Tool for continuous and intermittent operation - design provides resistance to variable cutting conditions in unit and batch production.
