We offer you turning knives in accordance with the dimensional standard ISO 8, DIN 4973 - designed for longitudinal and through boring. The grade of S30/P30 carbide inserts used makes the subject straight boring knives suitable for machining hard steel and steel with impurities. The knives are designed to perform coarse and medium fine and coarse machining at medium and low cutting speeds and significant cross sections of the cut layer. Lathe knives of this type are distinguished by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. First of all, they are resistant to abrasion under high temperatures, as well as resistant to any mechanical damage. In addition, they are characterized by greater hardness and a much longer service life. They are suitable for computer numerical control machine tools, as well as for milling machines, lathes and other conventional machine tools.
