Turning tool AIKT-K-R-20-3-T7 Akko is a precision tool designed for internal turning, grooving and cutting. Its design ensures stable bore operation and repeatable machining quality, which is crucial in manufacturing applications requiring high accuracy.
The 20 x 18.3 mm shank guarantees adequate rigidity and resistance to vibration, which is important for deeper operations. Insert clamping is done with a K-type clamping screw, which allows for quick and secure installation. The tool works with MGMN 300 inserts, which have a width of 3.0 mm, a thickness in the range of 2.38-3.18 mm and a corner radius of 0.2-0.4 mm. This geometry allows for clean grooves and precise cutting in materials such as steel, cast iron and stainless steel.
