Threading dies M50x3 for manual and machine threading
High quality M50x3 HSS threading dies, NHDa, for external, fine threads. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, nominal diameter M50x3. Thread cutting is carried out in the first working pass, nut 1,75P. The fine-coil threads offered in our store are manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, and a special HSS high-speed steel is used for their production. Tools made of this steel are resistant to abrasive wear and are also characterized by increased durability under frictional conditions with significant pressures. They also have the ability to maintain high hardness and wear resistance when exposed to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The fine-coil chisels we offer exhibit good mechanical properties, which makes it possible to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials included in class P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, metal alloys (bronze, brass), aluminum, copper, as well as thermosetting plastics.
