Machine threader M50x3 for steel, torsional
Modern M50x3 blind machine tapping threader with a short (2-3 coil) - has torsion chip grooves in accordance with DIN 374, for cutting metric fine threads, type M50x3. Manufactured from special HSSE cobalt high speed steel, has helical chip grooves, angle 60 degrees, type of C (2-3 P) nut - for through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. Fine machine taps of this type are characterized by very high quality workmanship, and the properties of high-speed steel increase the cutting capabilities. Above all, the taps are highly efficient, allowing to increase the cutting speed and thus reduce the machining time by lowering the overall labor costs. In addition, M50x3 tapping machine taps for steel are highly resistant to severe cutting conditions, including high temperature (up to 600 degrees C). The blades of the taps are resistant to mechanical damage, which prolongs their service life. They are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
