M20x1 root tip for manual and machine threading

M20x1 HSS threading root, round metric for fine threads of nominal diameter M20x1. Designed for manual and machine threading. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g and the proper execution of the thread takes place already in the first working pass. The offered fine-coil dies are manufactured in accordance with DIN 22568 from special HSS 800 high speed steel, and the manufacturer of the dies is the valued Polish company Fanar. The said dies are suitable for machining materials with ductility Rm up to 800 MPa. They can be used to thread parts made of unalloyed steels, auto steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. The dies in our store show wear resistance even at very high temperatures. In addition, they have the ability to maintain high hardness and wear resistance under high temperatures. The anneals are designed for amateur and professional processing.
