Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 56
Finishing shell reamer 56 H7 machine, NRNb finisher, with a diameter of 56 mm. It is a multi-flute tool with straight chip grooves, conforming to the DIN 219A dimensional standard. It is made entirely of special HSS - High Speed Steel. It is designed to perform finishing in H7 tolerance, without additional tool guidance. The 56-machine countersinks found in our store are offered to both retail customers and large workshops. Their purpose is to ensure accurate diameter dimension and minimize roughness of the hole surface. The reamers can be used to enlarge the diameter of the hole, level the surface, bring out the axis of the hole and correct the geometry. Reamers of this type are made of modern HSS high-speed steel, whose high technical parameters enhance machining capabilities. They are resistant to heavy cutting conditions and also resistant to any mechanical damage.
